The ingredients needed to make Chicken paste:
- Prepare Chicken (I used broiler chicken)
- Get Chicken masala (optional)
- Take Flour(just to make a paste)
- Take 2 pieces eggs
- Take Water
- Get 1 pinch salt mashed tangawizi and ginger
- Take 1 frying bowl
- Take Cooking oil
Rub remaining paste all over chicken. Place chicken on a rack set inside a roasting pan. I used a mild curry paste roasted the chicken and once done set it aside to rest covered. Add the coconut milk, red curry paste, fish sauce, and brown sugar.
Steps to make Chicken paste:
- Boil water, then add your chicken
- When the chicken is boiling you can add your mashed tangawizi and ginger and let it boil for 5 minutes or less
- Now make you paste, mix flour with eggs and add a pinch of salt, finally mix them all together
- After your chicken is boiled, let it drain the water
- Place your cooking oil on a frying bowl
- Place your chickens on the frying bowl and let them fry, after frying you can serve
Bring to a gentle boil and simmer until.
