  5. You may need to turn the sausages in the grill now, ensure they don't burn.
  6. Once the gnocci is floating and cooked, drain it off in a collender. Once drained add it into the frying pan with the spinach. Stir and combine all the ingredients.
  7. Check on the sausages, they should be cooked through by now. Remove from the grill and place onto a chopping board.
  8. Slice up the sausages into bite size pieces then add to the frying pan with the gnocci, season with a little more salt and pepper. Combine everything together well. Serve up right away into shallow bowls or plates, and enjoy! :)
