- Make ready 1 Medium Red Onion
- Get 20 g Plain Flour
- Prepare 1 tbsp Olive Oil

- Turn on your oven to 180°c and line a baking tray with foil. Heat the oil in a non stick pan on a med/high heat, then peel, halve and finely slice the red onion.
- Put the onion in to the hot pan and fry until completely softened, stirring regularly.
- Add the lemon juice, tomato puree and all of the spices and seasonings. Cook and stir until combined for another couple of minutes.
- Remove the pan completely from the heat and mix in the flour.
- Using spoons, portion the mix in to 2 or 3 depending on your preferred size. Shape in to balls and put in to foiled tray, separating well. Press down slightly to create round discs, being careful to retain shape.
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes, turning after 20 minutes to ensure both sides are crisp. Serve alongside your favourite curry!
