  3. After adding oil cook on medium to low flame till nice brown colour.
  4. Now boil the rice while mince is getting ready
  5. Keep half portion white,colour the other half with food colour
  6. Layer the rice in bowl as shown
  7. Bottom 1/3rd yellow rice
  8. Mince layer
  9. White rice
  10. Cake is ready
  11. I decorate it with lettuce,boiled egg slices tomatoes and cucumber,add French fries for kids
