Instructions to make Vegetable Rice:
- Soak the rice first.
- Prepare the vegetables.
- Take a pan add oil and whole Garam Masala slightly fry.
- Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli flakes and turmeric powder and mix well.
- Also add vegetables and chicken stock and cook for a while.
- Now add water and soaked rice and cook until all water evaporate cover the lid and low the flame and cook until rice is done.
