Rice kheer (rice pudding) is an all-time fav of millions.   3. Let the milk come to a boil. Keep stirring & let it reduce to half.
  4. Then add raw rice to milk. Let it cook, keep stirring. Once the rice is cooked. Add sugar keep stirring & let the sugar melt.
  5. Then add saffron, elaichi powder & dry fruits. Let it cook for another 10 mins. Keep stirring.
  6. Your mouthwatering kheer is ready to be served.
