- In pan pressure cooker add, heat ghee. Add cummin seeds as splutter add cinnamon stick, cloves and cardamoms. Add onion slices and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder and green chilli ginger paste, chopped spinach leaves and rice. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Add hot water, salt and pressure cook for 2 whistles. Let steam escape before opening the cooker lid.
- Serve/ Relish Delicious Palak Rice in dinner.
