Instructions to make Mix Vegetables Rice:
  1. Rice ko saf kar ke 3-4 bar dho ke bhigo dain 15 minutes
  2. All vegetables ko achy se wash karein cheel ke kat lain.
  3. Tomato, 1 green chilli chopped karein onion ke slices, garlic and ginger ko kot lain.
  4. Spices ko aik plate mein nikal lain.
  5. Pan mein oil garam karein onion ko suate karein.
  6. Whole spices add karein. Fry karein.
  7. Kutti hoi ginger and garlic add karein 1 minute cook karein.
  8. Now add chopped tomato and cook.
  9. Add green chilli, all spices and mix well.
  10. Add carrot, Potato and cook 1-2 minute.
  11. Add water as required aur sabit Green chilli cover kar dain boil any tak.
  12. Jab Pani boil honay lgye rice ka pani nikal ke dal dain. Cover aur cook karein medium flame per.
  13. Jab half se zaida water dry ho jye add cabbage and capsicum cover and cook.
  14. Pani dry hony lgye chopped fresh coriander leaves and garam masala dal ke dam per rakh dain low flame per.
  15. 8-10 minutes bad dhakan utar lain flame off karein aur rice mix karein.
