Instructions to make Tomato chutney/sabji:
  1. Heat a pan add in a oil.add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and let the carkle.add Garlic, Onion,curry leaves and mix well.fry on medium heat until the golden brown colour.
  2. Add all spices and mix well.fry for a few minutes.add chopped tomatoes and mix well.
  3. Cover and cook for until tomatoes soft for 5 minute.
  4. Add roasted peanut powder and mix well.cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
  6. Tomato chutney/sabji are ready.
