  1. Heat Dashi Stock (OR Water and Dashi Powder) in a saucepan or a pot, and bring to the boil. - *Note: Use about 2 teaspoons Dashi Powder for 4 cups Water OR according to the instruction on the package.
  2. Season with Miso. Then add Tofu and Spinach, and remove the soup from the heat when it just starts to boil.
  3. Sprinkle with finely chopped Spring Onions and serve.
