Steps to make Mapo Tofu:
- In a frying pan - Put the olive oil, the chopped ginger and the garlic with low heat until it smells good.
- Add the minced pork and the chopped leek in the frying pan and heat until the pork becomes brown.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper until taste is good.
- Cut the Tofu into 1.5cm cube.
- Add the Tofu, water, soy sauce and miso in the frying pan and boil for a while.
- In a cup - Mix the corn starch and water together.
- Turn off the heat of frying pan. Add the corn starch and water in the frying pan little by little and mix.
- Taste and adjust with salt. You can add chili flakes.
- Add sesame oil and the slice of leek and Enjoy!
