- Let it cool on a room temp. spread ghee on a palm and mix properly. Make 2 balls roll on butter paper. Cut small round and make small puri.
- Now make a stick bottom is thin and lower part is thick. Attach one by one puri. Set in a fridge for 1hr. and serve. Garnish with silver balls. and leaves.
